This is my spin on a recipe I got from my mom. It is also the recipe that got my husband to eat green beans for the first time ever in his life. It’s my go-to side dish whenever chopping up tons of produce just sounds like too much work for a vegetable side. It’s tasty and super easy!
• 1 pound of fresh green beans
• 2-3 TBSP of extra virgin olive oil
• 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
• 1 TBSP Sea Salt
• Fresh ground pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Roast in a Pyrex baking dish at 450º for 18-20 minutes. Stir once.
